Please call us as soon as possible. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may shorten your service time or require rescheduling, which could result in loss of deposit.

Tru Essence Med Spa accepts credit and debit cards only. We do not accept cash.

Yes. We provide package pricing and membership options for clients who want ongoing beauty and wellness services.

We do not offer refunds. If you are unable to use a purchased service, we issue spa credits that can be applied toward other treatments or retail products.
